1.初一英语听力如何提高

一、坚持多听

所谓多听，这个无可厚非，没有哪个英语听力水平高的同学没有在听力上多耗费时间的。听力是需要一段长时间的练习才能锻炼出差不多的感觉出来，知道大概停句的时间点，熟悉英语阅读的语调起伏。

二、选择适合自己的听力材料

大家在选择训练英语听力材料时一定要是自己能够听得懂，能够听得进去的材料。英语听力训练是个长期的过程，要有一个循序渐进的过程，如果一开始就拿一些光是生词就一大堆的材料来练，怎么听得懂呢？这样不单做了无用功，就连学习的积极性也会被打消。所以要根据自己的基础来选择听力材料训练，选择大致内容自己能够听懂，但是有部分句子不是很清楚的材料去精听，慢慢一个一个阶段去进行。

三、通过阅读促进听力

当听力练习进行到一定阶段时，会发现进步越来越慢了，其实当你训练达到这个阶段时，就要去大家去对英语的文化知识背景充分了解了，要多去阅读英语名著、小说、杂志、新闻等，通过阅读来增加对它们的文化知识背景的了解、还能增强英语基础、提高英语水平，从而去促进听力水平的提高。

四、通过朗读训练听力

读是听的基础，语感也是通过朗读来培养的，只有能正确朗读出口来才能听得懂。要让每一个单词的发音都在脑海里预留一个印象，当你再次听到这个单词时，就会与脑海里的那个印象相契合并且迅速做出反应，这样就容易听懂得多了。

2.初一英语听力练习方法

一、先听课文

读课文前先听课文。通常同学及一般的英语学习者都是先读英语课文，然后再听录音。现在的教科书都配有磁带，我们就把过程调换一下：先听课文录音，反复听好几遍，等到自己确实基本听懂了，再翻开书读课文。读时留意原来没有听懂的地方，然后合上书再听。每次听课文录音，特别把注意力集中在刚才没听懂的句子，往往是些新单词、新短语，这样听了后，这些新词语也都掌握了，听力也提高了。

二、学会测听

用测试的方法来自我检测，评定自己的听力水平。一方面是自我英语听力评定的需要，另一方面也是同学将面临的中考、高考、考研的需要。听英语录音、看英语电视毕竟不是英语听力考试，英语听力考试还有个熟悉考试题型的问题。如中考有听句选图、句子应答信息填表等，而高考则是短对话、长对话、文章理解等。

三、听说联系起来，促进学生整体水平提高

听和说是密切联系在一起的，所以初中生想要提高英语听力水平，就要同时进行口语方面的训练，听说一起进步，这样学生才能有更加优秀地表现，在听的过程中，学生只有准确地听，才能够在听懂听清楚的基础之上，运用英语的方式，运用英语的思路进行回答。所以，可以认为听与说是一个不可分割的整体，同学们也需要将听和说的训练同时来进行。当然，英语学习中四个主要的目标，听说读写都是密切联系在一起的，大家要处理好这几者的关系，不能过于偏重某一个方面，要让这几个方面的训练互相促进，让学生在多方位的英语学习活动中，得到更多能力方面的提高。

四、提高听力兴趣

只有产生了兴趣学生才会主动探索，主动学习。针对目前很多初中学生认为英语学科难度太大，需要消耗太多时间，以至于很多学生愿意放弃英语学科去学习其他学科，这些现状的存在都使得学生逐渐对英语学科丧失学习兴趣，更是对英语听力内容不感兴趣。可以通过英语短诗或者是其他的简短的文章配上音乐进行播放，产生“美”的享受，对英语听力产生浓厚的兴趣。

五、学会精听

仔细认真听，而且必须要全部听懂，句句听懂。如同学习语文一样，有一本教科书是精读课本，篇篇要仔细分析，看懂每个词语、句子。精听也必须“正襟危坐”，高度集中思想，力图听懂每个词语、句子，捕捉信息。训练的方法是先把录音文章听一遍，通晓大意，然后再重放，一句一句地听，遇到听不懂的词语、句子，就利用录音机、复读机的倒放功能，倒了再听，一遍不行两遍，甚至三遍，直至听懂为止。然后再下一句，等到每个句子都听懂了，再把全文从头至尾放一遍，的确全听懂了，精听也达到了预期的效果。

六、学会泛听

换句话说就是什么都听，并不一定要完全听懂。比如：电影、新闻、歌曲等。不管能不能听懂，先折磨自己的耳朵，让它不断地受苦，习惯了也就好了。从电影中我们可以学到很多的地道英语。如果说我们学习太紧张而没时间坐下来完整地看一部电影，那听歌可是随时随地的。其实听英文歌也是寓教于乐的途径。大家喜欢听歌，在音乐里，英语也是很美的，同时会有助于我们听和说的双重学习。

最后想告诉大家的是，你要明白听写英语单词的关键在于坚持，在你觉得自己听不出来的地方或者听写有困难的地方，重复，重复，再重复，再听不出来就降速听发音，靠发音去猜，反正是不断的尝试！好的方法只是我们前进方向的船桨，使我们走向成功的还是我们坚持不懈的动力！

3.英语听力训练六步法则

第一步：不看书面材料，只听录音。目的在于抓大意。如果有一定基础，重复听若干次后，多少都能听懂些。有听不懂的地方是很自然的事，不用灰心，因为我们毕竟是在学习。但在听的时候一定要集中精力，不可心有旁鹜，否则听了等于白听。

第二步：看着书面材料听录音。这一步的目的一是加深对材料的理解，二是端正语音，培养潜意识中的英语语感。你可以重复多次。

第三步：丢开书面材料再听。这时你已熟悉了所听材料的内容，但对个别词、句的理解还有问题。不过不要紧，反复地听，直到对每一句话甚至每一个词的意思和发音都理解透彻、熟记于心为止。你对演讲人的语音特点更能欣赏和体味，这就表明你在进步，可以满怀信心进入下一步了。

第四步：看书面材料的同时边听边跟读。这一步是十分重要的，既可以巩固理解，又训练反应速度(至少要尽量跟录音念得一样快)；既练听力，又练舌头的利索。这一步的理想境界是，尽力模仿演讲人的各种语调：抑扬顿挫、跌宕起伏，有时舒缓如静夜，有时快疾如奔骑，有时宏亮如滚雷，变幻莫测、激动人心。当然这些境界不要求一下子全部达到，能先仿真一部分或几句话，就是绝妙的成功。随着跟读次数的增多，你的仿真能力一定会大大增强。

第五步：丢开书面材料边听边跟读。显然，这一步的难度比上一步要大。但在经历了前面四步之后，只要稍加训练，一定能出色完成。你可以通篇跟读，或先用暂停键或反复跟读键一句一句拆开跟读，碰上拗口的词句便停下来反复训练几次，扫除拦路虎，之后再达到通篇连读跟读，直到对每句话、每个词的韵味都摸透为止。此时你会领悟到一种出神入化的感受，而不仅仅是一般的成就感了。

第六步：最后一步，也是让你最喜悦和自豪的一步，即在前五步反复训练的基础上，彻底放弃文本，放一段录音，然后自己大声把内容重复一次，俨然是你本人在发表演说。你可以先一成不变地模仿重复，然后灵活变换用词和句型。
